Products can be designed according to the requirements of external jacket (heating, cooling), sprayer, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dyestuff, building materials and other powder and powder mixing and reaction. According to the technological requirements, the machine can increase jacket in the mixer cylinder, and cool or heat the material by injecting the cold and hot medium into the jacket. Cooling is generally pumped into industrial water, heating can be steam or electric heating heat transfer oil.
Main Features.

Working principle
Two asymmetrical spirals in the barrel of the double helix conical mixer lift the material upward and rotate slowly; make the material outside the helix enter the screw column in varying degrees, so as to achieve the continuous renewal and diffusion of the material in the full circumferential direction. The two strands of material mentioned above converge to the central cavity, forming a downward material flow, supplementing the vacancy at the bottom, thus forming a pair. Triple mixing effect of flow cycle; Standard conical spiral mixer has two mixing spirals. In practical application, single (one long spiral), double (one or two asymmetric spirals each) and three (two short and one long symmetrical arrangement) spirals can be used according to the size of equipment specifications. The more mixing spirals, the better mixing effect in theory.
