I. Overview and use

Two, working principle
At home through the different geometric shapes of the stator and the relative movement under high-speed rotation, processed materials under dead weight, the effect of gas pressure and centrifugal force, through the variable annular clearance by powerful shear force, friction force and impact force, high frequency vibration complex force, the function of the material being effectively disperse, floral, emulsifying, mixing, obtained the ideal product.
Three, structural characteristics
This machine not only maintains the traditional colloid mill reasonable structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, small size, light weight characteristics. It also has the characteristics of wide adaptability, simple speed change, and can replace different types of motors for different processing objects.
1. The stator and rotor of the main working part of the machine are well machined. The clearance of the stator and rotor can be adjusted slightly through the positioning plate, equipped with dial, easy to control and ensure the processing quality of the product.
2, according to different uses, can choose different materials of the stator and rotor, easy to disassemble.
3, the machine speed power can be adjusted, users can according to the processing of materials and materials contained in the auxiliary, to our unit to order the appropriate power, speed and seal.
Four, matters needing attention
Due to the wide application range of colloidal mill (mainly applicable to colloidal, fluid and semi-fluid materials), the grinding power varies greatly due to the great difference in the viscosity, particle size and process of the materials.
At the first use, use a clamp ammeter to measure the current of the main motor and the temperature rise of the motor to ensure that the main motor is not loaded.
If the motor is overloaded and the temperature rise is too high, it may not match the grinding power of the material. The motor should be replaced.
If the power is above 7.5KW, the star triangle or other starting equipment should be selected reasonably according to the power supply capacity. It is recommended to install an ammeter in the circuit to monitor the motor power. If you do not follow the above operation, the motor will be burned due to overload, which is not covered by the warranty.
5. Precautions and maintenance for installation and use
1. The equipment is horizontally installed on the flat concrete foundation and fixed with anchor screws.
2. Check whether each setting screw is tightened (the screw in the center of the rotor is M14 left screw).
3. Before use, rotate the rotor with a special wrench to check whether it is in contact with the stator and whether it is stuck. If there is the above phenomenon, it is not allowed to start the machine.
4. Check and connect the power line (three-phase alternating current, voltage 380V, body protection ground) and pay attention to the rotation direction of the rotor should be consistent with the arrow on the base (clockwise rotation).
5. Connect the cooling water, and pay attention to the water inlet and outlet sign of the nozzle. When the equipment is lower than 0ºC, pay attention to the cooling water, water with high pressure air blow dry, to prevent freezing.
6, start the motor, first point the switch, check whether there is noise, vibration, if the situation is not normal should stop immediately, after troubleshooting, and then test run. It is strictly prohibited to operate without materials.
7. When cleaning residual materials in stator and rotor after work, it should be carried out under rotating state. Rotate the positioning plate at least 90 degrees counterclockwise before cleaning.
8, fixed, rotor clearance adjustment method (adjustment should be carried out in the running state) :
A. Move the handle to drive the positioning wheel to rotate and adjust the clearance. The clearance is reduced when the positioning plate rotates clockwise, and the particle size of the material becomes finer. Counterclockwise rotation gap is increased, material particle size is coarse.
B. According to the requirements of particle size and batch of processed materials, the limit screw can be adjusted to achieve the limit purpose after selecting the best stator and rotor clearance. 9. The body and the bearing seat are provided with butter cups, which should be regularly injected with bearing grease with the service temperature above 230 degrees.

10. Requirements for processing materials. A. Can not process dry solid materials, only wet processing. B. Debris should be removed before grinding, material particle size should be less than 1mm, material hardness should not be higher than HV309, iron and gravel particles and other hard objects are prohibited to enter the grinding head, to prevent damage to the machine. 11, according to the motor power and material processing requirements, can be one or more grinding, grinding should be done before several experiments to ensure the best clearance and flow. 12. When using the mill, we should always pay attention to the working condition of the mill and the running time. If there is any abnormal situation, we should stop the mill immediately and open it for inspection. 13. Disassembly of the stator assembly (please note that the first, second and third stators of the stator assembly must not be decomposed). Remove the upper hopper first, remove the inlet and outlet nozzle loose cover screw and remove the positioning ring, hand shake the handle, rotate counterclockwise to remove the positioning plate, lift the grinding head cover up to remove the stator assembly. 14. Disassembly of the rotor assembly: After the stator is put forward, remove the discharge port and unscrew the left screw to remove the rotor and impeller. The assembly of the rotor and stator can be carried out in reverse order. Before assembly, each part should be cleaned. During installation, it is necessary to apply lubricating oil to each contact surface and thread parts after assembly. 15, colloidal mill used or not in the short term, should be very good cleaning of the inner cavity, to prevent rust, it is best to use
compressed air to dry. When cleaning, select the appropriate cleaning agent according to different materials. But it should be guaranteed not to damage the seal. 16, disassembly should pay attention to the sealing ring shall not be damaged, misinstalled and lost. Each seal is guaranteed for three months. 17. When replacing the belt according to the required number of revolutions, loosen the motor cover nut first, turn the tightening screw to the left, and push the motor in the horizontal direction to the grinding head to relax the triangle belt. Remove the base cover, place the machine, then unscrew the nut on the main shaft and the fastening screw on the motor shaft, and remove the original pulley. When replacing the required pulley, gently knock it in with a hammer, do not hit it hard, so as to avoid damage to the pulley and damage to the precision of the machine. After replacement, tighten with nuts and screws, and then gently erect the machine. After the machine stands up, push the motor along the horizontal direction, and rotate the tightening screw to make a small adjustment, so that the triangle belt is closer, and then fix the cover plate.Finished product photo:
